INTERCOMPLECT Consortium was established in January 2008 for the participation in implementation of investment and sectoral programs for integrated development of the oil-and-gas and chemical sectors of the economy, introduction of resource saving technologies and up-to-date equipment in the fuel and energy complex.

The key objectives of the Consortium include:

• furnishing of fuel and energy facilities with high-technology equipment

• rendering of a full package of engineering services (designing, furnishing with equipment, turnkey construction, pre-commissioning, personnel training, general project management)
